It is commonly installed after capsule filling machines and before capsule inspection, metal detection, or packaging equipment.
After capsules are discharged from the capsule filling machine, they enter the polishing chamber through the inlet. A rotating soft brush gently removes excess powder from the capsule surface while simultaneously transporting capsules toward the outlet.
During the polishing process, the built-in sorting system automatically detects and separates defective capsules, including empty capsules, broken capsules, lightweight capsules, and separated capsule shells.
